We specialise in UK football talent from debut to retirement and beyond. Our clients range from Academy status to Premier League and all have access to our 24/7 advice service and to the skills of our specialist partners. As the only Players Agent licensed by the Football Association in Norfolk or Suffolk we are well placed to service any clients, particularly those based in the south or east of England

Our business focuses on three key concepts of competence, confidentiality and transparency. Taking an ethical approach to player management means that we develop a complete knowledge of our clients, from their career history to date to their family circumstances. By attending matches as regularly as possible, and using the best available technology, we aim to build a complete profile about them to plan a career development strategy to maximise their potential.

We aim to provide a tailored service to players, clubs and other professionals that will build a lasting relationship.

We believe that football representation should be built on the three core principles of competence, confidentiality and transparency.     Negative views of modern football agents amongst the media, fans and clubs make us even more determined to deliver our values.

Competence

We achieve this by providing the skills of a legally qualified Football Agent, licensed by the Football Association (www.theFA.com ) and whose details can be found on the FIFA list of registered agents – www.fifa.com ) By combining those skills with years of senior management experience, and by adhering to the strict Code of Ethics for Football Agents, we possess all the skills required to represent clients in modern football business.

Confidentiality

We also believe that in modern football, discretion is critical. We therefore take the view that we should never discuss our client’s affairs without their express prior permission.

Transparency

Whilst we keep that information confidential, we also always provide complete access to all the advice and information available to ensure each individual makes the right choice. Any opportunity or offer made will always be discussed with our clients in detail before any decisions are reached. The advice we give and any actions agreed will be confirmed in clear written terms. In addition, any fees that we may charge for our services will be agreed with our client prior to any deal, and disclosed fully to the Football Association.
